15 Jan Celebrating Four Years in Estate Agency!

Here in the Kaytons office we’re excited and proud to be celebrating our fourth birthday! Time flies when you’re doing a job you enjoy.

Kaytons opened on 15 January 2012 and has come a long way since its humble beginnings. We put this down to our customer service and some exceptionally competitive prices. We believe in looking after our clients and this has led to us developing some amazing long-term relationships with landlords and tenants. Many of our tenants will only rent a property managed by Kaytons because they know they can rely on us to provide them with the highest quality service.

Many of our clients have comments on our personal approach as we’re contactable via email or phone at all hours of the day and will respond within 24 hours. Our brand new website and social media accounts have made us even easier to get in touch with and for you to search for properties or sell your home with us.

We put our growth down to the fact that we offer the most competitive prices in Manchester for lettings and sales. We branched out into property sales just over a year ago and have attracted many new clients thanks to our fixed fee basis – our prices are hard to beat!

We have received some fantastic reviews on online real estate portals such as allagents.co.uk where we have five star ratings for our services. Many of our clients have said great things about us too – you can read some of their testimonials on our website.

We’re really looking forward to moving into our fifth year as one of Manchester’s most professional independent estate agents and we look forward to meeting new clients and continuing to work with our existing customers.
