How can I prepare my house for the process?

When preparing your home, it’s important to make sure it’s appealing and allow potential buyers and tenants to envision their own family in your home. In addition to this, ensuring your home is clean and clutter-free is a great start.

Who will conduct the viewings?

A member of our dedicated sales or letting team will conduct the viewing.

Where will you advertise my property?

All our properties are advertised on our website, www.rightmove.co.uk, and www.zoopla.com. Additionally, our office is conveniently located in Manchester city centre, ideal for walk-ins and passers-by.

What shall I do if I’m not happy with my current agent?

First thing’s first, speak to them and let them know that you’re not pleased with their service. Next, look at your contract to see whether you have the option of changing agents.

How much is my property worth?

How much do you charge?

Where will my deposit be held?

We hold all deposits in the Deposit Protection Service.

Do I need an EPC?

Privately rented properties must have a minimum energy performance rating of E. Currently in force for new lets and tenancy renewals, as of April 2020 it will also apply to all existing tenancies. Likewise, a valid landlords gas certificate is also required.
