When we compare Manchester and London rental prices, the latter costs on average 76% more for a one-bedroom apartment. In fact, annual growth in rental prices in the capital is faster than any other region and is reported to be at 15.8%. 

While average rental costs in Birmingham and Liverpool may be slightly cheaper than Manchester, it can’t be denied that Manchester offers that little bit more. And, as we’ve already mentioned, it is possible to find very affordable properties in Manchester.
