We ask every applicant when they are looking to move, how long a tenancy they require and their current status.
As soon as an offer is received we’ll contact you and inform you of any conditions. We’ll provide as much information on the prospective tenants and give advice on who we feel may be best suited. Once you accept an offer we’ll arrange for the tenants to transfer the deposit into our account before lodging it in the Deposit Protection Service (DPS). We’ll then carry out the necessary background and credit checks.
Once we are informed that the tenant has passed all relevant background and financial checks, we’ll arrange for them to come into the office on the date they are due to move in. It’s at this point we take copies of their ID and go through the tenancy agreement. Contracts will then be signed and they can move in.
