You can also find all properties on Rightmove and Zoopla as well as our website. Plus, we offer flexible viewings because we know it’s not always easy to view during working hours.
Deposit & Admin Fee
This is paid to us once the landlord has accepted your offer. All our deposits are registered with the Deposit Protection Service (DPS).
Inventory
For the benefit of the tenant and landlord, a full inventory is provided with every property.
Property Management
Our property management department will deal with all of your maintenance queries, quickly and efficiently.
Inspections
Quarterly inspections are carried out to ensure that the property is well looked after.
Check Out
Once the tenancy ends, we’ll inspect the property. We’ll take photographs of each room comparing them with the inventory. The deposit is then returned in accordance with this.
