Whether you are calling us to arrange a viewing on one or more of our properties or simply registering your details, you will be professionally assisted by one of our highly experienced members of the team who will talk you through the process.

We appreciate finding a new home can be difficult, especially when there is so much competition, so we offer a service that allows you to receive the details of all our new properties as soon they are made available. You can also find the full details of every single one of our properties on Rightmove and Zoopla along with our own new website.

We will stride to ensure we find you your ideal rental home as quickly as possible and offer flexible viewings times because we understand it’s not always easy to view during working hours.

Below are a few points relating to renting a property through us:

Deposit & Admin Fee

This is paid to us once the landlord has accepted your offer. Once received the property is taken off the market and all further viewings cancelled.

Inventory

For the benefit of both the tenant and the landlord, a full inventory is provided with every property which we manage.

Deposit Protection

Since 2007 it has been a legal requirement for all deposits to be held in a separate scheme. All our deposits are registered with the Deposit Protection Service (DPS).

Property Management

Our property management department will deal with all of your maintenance queries to ensure they are dealt with quickly and efficiently throughout your tenancy.

Inspections

Quarterly inspections are carried out with every managed property. This is to ensure that the property is well looked after.

Check Out

Once you have vacated the property, a member of our property management department will inspect the property to ensure it has been left in a suitable condition. They will take photographs of each room comparing them with the initial move in inventory. The deposit is then returned in accordance with this.
