First Home Buyers show comes to Manchester

Thinking of buying your first home and want advice on how to go about it? Do you need help understanding mortgages, interest rates, the best areas to buy, when to buy and how?

Buying a first home can be confusing and complicated with so many things to consider. Getting advice from people who have been working in the industry for years is the best way to grow your knowledge and understanding before investing your savings in property.

The First Time Buyer Home show is coming to Lancashire Country Cricket Club on 17 September, bringing together industry experts who can provide you with free legal, practical and financial advice. This includes information about current home buying schemes such as Shared Ownership and Help to Buy.

This conference comes at an interesting time in the economic market as people become concerned about the financial state of the housing and question whether or not it is a good idea to purchase property.

The Manchester Evening News quotes the editor of First Time Buyer Magazine, Lynda Clarke as saying, “With so much negativity about homeownership out there highlighting vast sums required for deposits and increasing house prices, first time buyers might be forgiven for thinking they don’t ever stand a chance of owning their own four walls.

“The reality is much different and thanks to a range of schemes and buying options which can mean owning a home with as little as a five per cent deposit, buying a property is absolutely a possibility.

“By coming to speak to us at the show, first time buyers will be able to find out how they can buy their first home too.”

The First Time Buyer Home show will include seminars offering practical advice throughout the day and you can speak to a range of industry experts. For more information, visit the First Time Buyer Home Show website or follow @FTBNorthernHomeShow on Twitter.
