Where will you advertise my property?

All our properties are advertised on our website, www.rightmove.co.uk, and www.zoopla.com. Additionally, our office is conveniently located in Manchester city centre, ideal for walk-ins and passers-by.

What shall I do if I’m not happy with my current agent?

First thing’s first, speak to them and let them know that you’re not pleased with their service. Next, look at your contract to see whether you have the option of changing agents.

How much is my property worth?

Where will my deposit be held?

Do I need an EPC?

Privately rented properties must have a minimum energy performance rating of E. Currently in force for new lets and tenancy renewals, as of April 2020 it will also apply to all existing tenancies. Likewise, a valid landlords gas certificate is also required.
